The production of ORO PURO flours is limited and exclusive, as it is linked to the quantity of certified wheat produced each year by farmers in Emilia who have adhered to Molino sul Clitunno’s supply chain agreement.

This certification guarantees full traceability of the supply chain, at every stage of processing, from the selection of land, to the milled and packaged product: the detailed documentation of each production step, from harvesting of raw material to the distribution of packaged products, makes it possible to determine the history of ORO PURO flours “from the field to the table”.

If it doesn’t begin as ORO PURO, it is not ORO PURO.
