MIX PIZZA CONTEMPORANEA

This flour has been specially designed for the production of contemporary pizza. It represents the perfect balance between lightness and true ‘old-fashioned’ flavours. The rye sourdough gives a unique aroma to the finished product. The properties of wheat germ and the natural fibres contained in ORO PURO TIPO 1 flour make this product healthy and nutritionally balanced.

 

ORO PURO PIZZA BLU W270  From the selection of the noblest cruscal parts of the grain, the Oro Puro Pizza line is born: germ, bran and middlings guarantee a unique flavour and nutritional contribution, without affecting the lightness and “alveolatura” of the pizza. It is a flour with a medium protein value, ideal for doughs with maturation up to 36 hours at a controlled temperature. Suitable for making any type of pizza, with extreme ease and certainty of result.

 

ORO PURO PIZZA ROSSA W320  From the selection of the noblest bran parts of the grain, the Oro Puro Pizza line is born: germ, bran and middlings guarantee a unique flavour and nutritional contribution, without affecting the lightness and alveolation of the pizza. It is ideal for doughs with a leavening time of up to 60 hours and maturation at a controlled temperature. Suitable for making any type of pizza, with extreme ease and certainty of result.

These two flours are the ideal choice for creating flavour-rich, fragrant and light pizzas that capture the authenticity of traditional taste. They come from a meticulous selection of the noblest and most fragrant parts of the grain, they guarantee the naturalness and purity of the finished product.

 

ORO PURO RISERVA – STONE-GROUND

This line of flours from a short and certified supply chain represents the flagship of the Molino sul Clitunno proposal: the “full body” milling of the latest generation millstones installed in the plant allows us to have a product totally oriented to the exaltation of flavour and goodness that only the Oro Puro grain can give us.
