All set for the launch of the new "ORO PURO RISERVA" line

All our flours are the result of careful selection of raw materials and constant quality control during all stages of the production chain, but the line ORO PURO 100% CERTIFIED EMILIAN GRAINS is our spearhead, the one that most of all represents the philosophy behind our work. In every grain of ORO PURO wheat that enters the farm, it is easy to recognize the hands of those who tended it, the passion and tenacity that drive the farmer friends of Molino sul Clitunno to pursue a common idea of quality and excellence.
Our goal is to give continuity to the process of transforming the grain, adding nothing to what nature has created but passion and technology. An all-round quality concept, in which both the raw material and the finished product are constantly controlled by an in-house laboratory, which also certifies their level of reliability and compliance with the standards imposed by UNI EN ISO 22005 certification regulations. Our flours contain no enzyme improvers, additives, stabilizers or chemical preservatives. No wheat enzymes, ascorbic acid (E300) or other processing agents are used: our products are 100% natural.

At some point we wondered if we could make an even more natural product than ORO PURO, and the answer came along with the stone mills installed at our Trevi location. Thus from the stone milling of ORO PURO grains came a range of very pure flours that we called ORO PURO RISERVA: a TYPE 0 with 3 strength levels (W230 – W300 – W400), a TYPE 1 and an INTEGRAL flour.
