Napoli, the home of pizza, is hosting this important event where professionals can meet to discuss the latest news related to the world of pizza… we couldn’t miss it!

We look forward to seeing you at HALL. 5 (booth 549-552) to present the brand new MIX PIZZA CONTEMPORANEA: a blend of purely milled flours 100% Italian grains, with wheat germ, rye sourdough starter and remilled durum wheat semolina. A product designed specifically for the production of contemporary pizza: a perfect blend of lightness and “old-fashioned” flavors. Completing the range of pizza flours will be the now well-known: ORO PURO PIZZA, the PIZZA PALA, TONDA and TEGLIA MIXES as well as the special flours of the PIZZA&PIZZA line.

Inside the “show cooking” area in our booth at TUTTOPIZZA we will entrust our flours to the skilled hands of Maestro Favio Gargiulo, who will churn out traditional and innovative pizzas to delight your palates.
