"Oro Puro Riserva" in anteprima a TuttoFood 2023

Save the date: MAY 8 > 11, 2023 – TuttoFood Milano HALL 7 – BOOTH G25

After the special edition in 2021, we will be exhibiting at TUTTOFOOD 2023 into the Hall 7. Also for this edition we have a rich programme of white art workshops and many novelties that we will present as a world premiere right in Milan.

In addition to the best known “ORO PURO”, “ORO PURO PIZZA”, “LE RUVIDE” (stone-ground flours) and the mix PIZZA IN PALA, PIZZA IN TEGLIA e PIZZA CONTEMPORANEA we’ll present the latest and most exclusive line of flours “ORO PURO RISERVA”: a selection of the best stone-ground grains from Emilia Romagna from a certified supply chain. This new line of fine flours will consist of a TYPE 0 with 3 strength levels (W230 – W300 – W400), a TYPE 1 and an INTEGRAL flour (1 kg and 12.5 kg sizes). As weel as the great care for the quality of the flours, we pay special attention to the choice of packaging (100% recyclable) with the aim of bringing healthy and genuine products to consumers’ tables, respecting human health and with a view to sustainability and environmental protection.

During TUTTOFOOD we entrust our flours to the skilful hands of the Academy Masters: Favio Gargiulo for the pizzeria and bakery area, Salvatore Caggegi and Samuele Palumbo for the pastry laboratories.
