Un gran successo a Parigi per Parizza 2023
A European trade fair for pizza professionals, PARIZZA 2023 is the benchmark in France for the pizza world. It was held in Paris, April 12 and 13, at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center and was a huge success. In our Booth, in collaboration with our partner GIEMME SPOLETO, a well-known manufacturer of pizza shovels, we had as guests Master pizza jugglers and numerous potential customers interested in quality Made in Italy.
Maestro Favio Gargiulo, head of the DEMO PIZZA area, churned out pizzas for all tastes, using GIEMME pizza shovels and our special flours: ORO PURO PIZZA (only selected Emilia grains from a certified supply chain), LE RUVIDE (stone ground) as well as the PIZZA IN PALA, PIZZA IN TEGLIA mixes and the brand new PIZZA CONTEMPORANEA mix.
For us, who are quality producers and supporters of Italian gastronomy, the collaboration with GIEMME was a natural step: we are both daughters of Umbria and proud to carry on with great passion a craft that continues to produce innovation while respecting the best Mediterranean tradition. In addition to great care for the quality of the flours, therefore, special attention to all the details that contribute to making the work of the pizza maker a topical profession that continues to enchant and promote our food culture throughout the world.
