Rimandata a novembre la 2a edizione del Trofeo della Pizza Molino sul Clitunno

The highly anticipated Molino sul Clitunno Pizza Trophy has been rescheduled for November, to be held in Bastia Umbra at the “Umbria Fiere” exhibition center, during the EXPO TECNOCOM 2022 event.

An even more engaging second edition that will also see the awarding of a special prize dedicated to the most Social Pizzaiolo. A further sign of the company’s wide-ranging attention to the world of pizza and pizzerias, with projects that support pizza chefs in their growth and entrepreneurial development. The central theme, also for this edition, is the quality of the final product intended as the result of a perfect combination of raw materials, craftsmanship and love for this profession. A concept of quality, that of Molino sul Clitunno, which wants to be inclusive of the values ​​of excellence and respect for the consumer, which it also carries forward through this trophy. The pizza chefs in the competition will be invited to challenge each other not only on the dough, cooking, topping and final taste, but also on manual skills, timing, order and professionalism.

On the jury a selection of the best known and most appreciated Italian master pizza makers. A trophy therefore that aims high and high standards, to give value to the art of quality pizzeria, on which Molino sul Clitunno believes and invests, producing specific flours for use in pizzerias, the result of research and innovative techniques, which do not however, they never leave the path of tradition and craftsmanship.
