Molino sul Clitunno among the protagonists of TuttoFood Milan 2021

From October 22 to 26, Molino sul Clitunno, the Umbrian company specializing in the production of high-end professional flours, will make its debut at TuttoFood Milano with its own exhibition space and a program of workshops on the art of baking, within what promises to be a special edition of the food fair with the most complete range of products in Italy in the Food & Beverage sector.

The event will take place at the Fiera di Milano in conjunction and in close connection with HostMilano, the world’s leading exhibition of technologies and solutions for hospitality and eating out. A strategic choice with a view to creating a system between the worlds of food and hospitality.

A line also followed by Molino sul Clitunno, more and more often the protagonist of synergistic collaborations between the main players in the white art, chefs and companies of excellence that pursue the same goal: to disseminate and promote a culture of quality food.

Presenting the company and its well-established Le Farine lines, specific for bread, pizza, pastry and fresh pasta, will be the third generation of the Marani family, led by CEO Pierluigi Marani, who will bring to TuttoFood its flagship product, the “ORO PURO” line of flours from certified Emilian grains, will also present the latest news of the last few months, including Le Ruvide (wholemeal, Type 1 and Manitoba), stone-ground flours created to meet the needs of a market in search of tradition, wellbeing and authenticity.
