A project that is part of the training activity put in place by Molino sul Clitunno, with the collaboration of Federico Visinoni, consisting of a series of training and practical video pills that, starting from the direct experience of a pizza maker-entrepreneur, provide a realistic and understandable overview of the management of an entrepreneurial activity in the pizza sector.
Among the issues addressed are those of food costs, margins, attention to the purchase of raw materials and the choice of employees, as well as aspects related to communication and marketing.
Each question and each answer of the video interviews available on Facebook and Instagram represent a small focus on important issues, a food for thought and an incentive to deepen some fundamental topics to increase the chances of success of every pizza professional.
