“Infarinati”, the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Molino sul Clitunno, ended with great success.

They came from all over the world to celebrate the milestone of 35 years of activity with us.

Customers, collaborators, suppliers and friends, have joined us to share with our family the satisfaction of having achieved important objectives and put in place three great innovations in distribution, marketing and corporate communication strategies.

INFARINATI has formalized the launch of the new line of ORO PURO flours, our Italian supply chain project: a high-performance line that pays attention to the well-being of the person, produced with a selection of 100% certified Emilian grains, also available in a 1 kg package for retail distribution.

We showed up in a new guise! An image restyling of all packages, which have become 100% recyclable, a new corporate website with lots of useful content and information and a new institutional video that tells our company, underlining the importance of an entrepreneurial philosophy that aims to excellence and total quality control.


INFARINATI was the invitation that, in the three days of the event, welcomed the experts: chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, pizza chefs and sector press representative who were able to touch our production and our corporate culture with their own hands.

Training, practical workshops, speeches that touched interesting topical topics on flours and gave precious advice and suggestions to guests, but also a lot of taste with the Masters of the “Antico Fienile” Internal Training Academy, who prepared desserts, breads, pizzas and other specialties.

INFARINATI was the opportunity to show the vision of our company which has focused on quality and excellence for 35 years, starting from the single grain of wheat to arrive on our tables with genuine and guaranteed products.
