Christmas Experience 2020 at the Convent of Amalfi with Molino sul Clitunno flours.

The ORO PURO flours, from Molino sul Clitunno, are the protagonists of some workshops and activities at the NH Collection Grand Hotel Convento in Amalfi, as part of the Christmas event “Christmas Experience” scheduled for December.

 

Many free events scheduled in the suggestive cloister of the 5-star Luxury Hotel in Amalfi, which will be attended by illustrious guests and well-known television faces, for a combination of excellence in hospitality, cuisine and raw materials!

 

  • Saturday 07 December at 16.00Veronica Maya and the Millenium Ensemble present “Aesop between fairy tale and music”.The presenter will be the protagonist of an appointment for the whole family by presenting her latest audiobook of fairy tales for children. A concert-meeting that will thrill young and old.

    Following a tasty snack with breads and buns made for the occasion by Favio Gargiulo, master baker of the Antico Fienile Academy of Molino sul Clitunno.

  • Sunday 22 December at 17.00From Rai1 TV “La prova del cuoco”, chef Natale Giunta and the Italian pastry sheet Alessandra Spisni, present “BUONISSIMO” the recipe book of the well-known TV broadcast written in 6 hands with the presenter Elisa Isoardi.

    Moreover a fun laboratory of “puff pastry and handmade pasta” that the teacher Alessandra Spisni will create with a selection of Molino sul Clitunno flours.
