Molino Sul Clitunno will be celebrating its 35 years of work with a great Open House event and an action-packed calendar of free activities.

An anniversary that highlights the important achievements of the Marani family and also three great new strategies in the fields of distribution, marketing and company communication.

In fact, a few months ago, the new Oro Puro di Molino sul Clitunno line, produced using a selection of 100% certified wheat of Emilia Romagna, was launched as a 1 kg bag for retail distribution. A new sales channel but also a chance for consumers to choose certified raw material for a healthy lifestyle.

Furthermore, Molino sul Clitunno is presenting itself with a new image. The new generation of the family is giving its input by means of a brand new graphic format, restyled packaging and, above all, new communication tools. Take a look at the new dynamic website packed with information and news, as well as links to all main social networks. Shortly, a 4.0 corporate video will be presented, which gives a detailed account of the production chain and actually tells a story, by means of multimedia and emotional communication.

2019 has been a particularly significant year for Molino sul Clitunno. For its Open House event, the company has chosen September and, in particular, three action-packed days of activities to celebrate the excellent achievements, the new projects and Umbrian flour as a quality product for professional uses.

From September 14 to 16, the doors of the Umbrian company will open to customers, suppliers, professionals of the sector, chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, pizza bakers and the press, who will get the chance to learn all about the production range and the people who “make” Umbrian flour with dedication and hard work, to share their knowledge and, most of all, to enjoy themselves in a charming and beautiful place.

The demos and activities will focus on the following three topics:

Pastry making – Pizza making – Bread. For each of these topics, the Master Bakers of the Molino sul Clitunno Antico Fienile Training Academy will be entertaining their guests with speeches and workshops so one can actually touch the mixtures made and acquire all the background information. All activities are free. You only have to register to book your place.

This Open House event will be a true celebration and a convivial moment that all those taking part can share. Entertainment for adults but also for children, who can play in the special Kids Area…because flour is a symbol of life!
