5 Very special guests for the cooking shows at Sigep 2019

Molino sul Clitunno will be presenting an outstanding “dream team” at Sigep 2019. Five undisputed master bakers will be taking part in special workshops and cooking shows dedicated to the art of making bread, pizza and patisserie.
From January 19 to 23 at the Molino sul Clitunno stand, n° 113 of Hall D5, Ivo Baronciani and Lino Ramunno, masters of the “Antico Fienile” company academy, will be guiding you to the discovery of innovative bakery products, and will be making an infinite variety of bread, pizza, croissants and biscuits with the renowned flours of Umbria.
During this journey through the art of making quality bread, the two master bakers of the Molino sul Clitunno academy will be counting on the support of 5 of the most renowned professionals and Italian maestros:
Salvatore Caggegi, Favio Gargiulo, Riccardo Menon, Samuele Palumbo and Federico Visinoni, who will be showing you how a selected raw material, such as the one offered by Molino sul Clitunno, can really make the difference in terms of output and quality.
For the first time, at Sigep 2019, throughout the entire expo, you can admire these masters at work with the new “ORO PURO” top quality line of flour, produced using only selected and certified Emilian wheat. The feather in the cap of the Umbrian company that has focused on a quality production chain, which is 100% made in Italy.
